Invest in the healing of young women who have faced the unimaginable.

What Is Illuminate?

The Illuminate Retreat is a week-long healing experience for young women ages 18-26 who have faced childhood cancer or a life-threatening blood disorder. It is a space where they can exhale, connect with others who understand their journey, and begin to imagine what their lives can look like on the other side of treatment.

This October, for the first time, Illuminate is coming home to Arizona! We will gather October 5-11 in Scottsdale for a week that will change the lives of 10 incredible young women.

This year, we are proud to partner with Foundress to make it happen.

The Opportunity

Many of the young women who attend Illuminate are stepping into the world for the first time after years of treatment. They are navigating career decisions, identity, relationships, and an uncertain future, all while carrying a story that most people their age cannot begin to understand.

Foundress members know what it means to build something from nothing. To push through fear. To figure out who you are in the middle of the hard stuff.

That makes this community uniquely positioned to walk alongside these young women in a way that few others can.

The Lighthouse Circle

We are inviting 10 Foundress members to become part of The Lighthouse Circle, an exclusive group of sponsors who will each personally sponsor one Illuminate Retreat attendee.

Here Is How It Works:

You will receive a brief introduction to the young woman you are sponsoring, including her story and where she is in her journey. Your $2,500 sponsorship covers the full cost of sending her on the retreat including lodging, transportation, meals, and all accommodations for the week. Every detail is taken care of so she can simply show up and be present.

During retreat week, all 10 Lighthouse Circle members will be invited to a special panel event in Scottsdale where you will meet the girl you sponsored in person.

These young women will have the opportunity to ask you questions about your career, your path, and what it took to get here.

This is not a donation. This is a relationship.

Additional Sponsorship Levels

Presenting Sponsor: $35,000

Your investment makes the entire 2026 Illuminate Retreat possible, covering all 10 attendees and 7 staff members for the week. Benefits include: premier logo placement on the website, social media, signage, shirts, journals, itineraries, and swag bags; invitation to the Foundress panel and dinner where you will meet our attendees in person; named recognition in all retreat communications and post-retreat impact report.

All-In Sponsor: $25,000

Your gift sends every single girl. 10 attendees fully covered, including lodging, transportation, and meals for the week. Benefits include: logo placement on the website, social media, signage, shirts, journals, itineraries, and swag bags; invitation to the Foundress panel and dinner; named recognition in retreat communications and post-retreat impact report.

House Sponsor: $15,000

You are sponsoring the home where it all happens. The house is where our girls wake up, share meals, stay up too late talking, and start to feel like themselves again. Benefits include: logo placement on the website, social media, signage, journals, and itineraries; invitation to the Foundress panel and dinner; named recognition in retreat communications and post-retreat impact report.

Lighthouse Circle: $2,500 Per Girl

Sponsor a girl and change her life. You’ll cover her lodging, transportation, meals, and all accommodations. You will receive her story and be matched with her personally. During the retreat, you will meet her at the Foundress panel and dinner, where our attendees get to ask you questions about your career, your path, and what got you here. Benefits include: personal match with the girl you sponsor; invitation to Foundress panel and dinner; logo on signage; recognition on the website and social media. *sponsor more than one for $2,500 each

Lantern Sponsor: $1,000

Your gift funds the experiences that make the week transformative, from healing workshops and creative activities to the programming that helps these young women reconnect with who they are. Benefits include: recognition on website and social media; named in retreat communications and post-retreat impact report.

Light Bearer Sponsor: $500

Your contribution helps cover the meals, transportation, and day-to-day care that make it possible for our girls to simply show up and be present. Benefits include: recognition on website and social media; named in post-retreat impact report.

Spark Sponsor: $250

Every dollar these young women receive is a message that someone believes in them. Your gift makes a real, tangible difference. Benefits include: recognition on website; named in post-retreat impact report.

Gift Bag Sponsors

Swag Bag Sponsor: $3,000

Each Illuminate attendee receives a thoughtfully curated gift bag filled with items that celebrate her and set the tone for the week. As the swag Bag Sponsor, your $3,000 investment fills all 10 bags and includes your brand recognition on the bags and social media.

Prefer to sponsor a single bag? $300 sponsors one girl’s gift bag.

Product Donation

Do you have a product-based business? We would love to include your product in all 10 gift bags. Donate 10 units, one per girl, and we will recognize your brand across retreat materials and social media.

Volunteer Your Gifts

Do you offer a service that could become part of the retreat experience?

We are looking for talented Foundress members who would like to volunteer a session or activity during the week. Think: yoga, sound healing, reiki, breath work, color analysis, guided journaling, vision boarding, massage, or any other practice you bring to the world!

Please note that our attendees have varying abilities. Some are still on treatment. Some have had recent surgeries. Any activity offered must be gentle, adaptable, and welcoming to all body types and physical conditions. We will work with you to make sure your offering is the right fit.
